Compliance is an annual subscription. Power is an energy services agreement with no host CAPEX. The numbers below are the working v1 rates — not a custom proposal.

After recovery

Typical indoor Li-ion per Fire Code control area. The walk counts rooms. FDNY and DOB still decide the room.
What you are not buying
A guarantee that the $268/ton penalty goes to zero. Compliance prices the file. Power prices a share of verified bill savings and verified penalty reduction from the filing. Eligible grid programs are a third stack — estimates only, no grid dollar figures here.
Article 321 as a Power customer. The prescriptive $10k+$10k path is a different statute. HDFC and NYCHA buildings are outside this beachhead.
48-hour first pass
Send the address. We return a first-pass exposure and a Compliance range. Power is only offered when the rooms and the tons support a binding 0-CAPEX term.
