BLD Power

The motion

Forty-eight hours to a first pass. A walk before anyone signs Power.

We do not sell a storage system off a PDF. Compliance can start from the file. Power only becomes a binding 0-CAPEX offer after we have seen the rooms.

01

48-hour feasibility

Coverage test, occupancy coefficients, and $268/ton exposure for 2024–2029 and the 2030 cliff. You get a written first pass — estimates only — and a clear no if Power is not in scope.

02

Site walk

We count control areas, not brochures. Indoor Li-ion is generally 400 kWh per Fire Code control area. The walk is where zombie floors and basement electrical either become inventory or take Power off the table.

03

Binding offer / annual OS

Compliance can start as an annual subscription and an owner file. Power, if offered, is a binding 0-CAPEX ESA — 50/50 until recovery, then 30/70. Host CAPEX stays at zero. Eligible grid programs can sit on the same battery.

Then the grid

Once a battery is live, eligible New York programs — Value Stack and Con Edison demand response among them — can sit on the same kit. Estimates only. We do not quote grid dollars on this site. A battery alone does not reduce LL97 reported emissions; electrification does.
